FORFI Intelligence Dataset License v1

1. What this license covers

FORFI, Inc. grants the permissions below for its original contributions to the public financial datasets on FORFI Intelligence that link to this license. These include FORFI's original descriptions, selection and arrangement of data, and other material only to the extent FORFI holds applicable rights. This license does not cover our software, branding, private account content or separately licensed services.

FORFI does not claim ownership of public regulatory filings or underlying facts. This license does not restrict your rights to use public-domain material, material obtained directly from FDIC, FFIEC, NCUA or other providers, or uses otherwise permitted by law. Any third-party rights and source terms remain applicable to that material.

2. Permitted use

FORFI grants you a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, copy and analyze the covered material for your own or your organization's internal research, reporting and decision-making, including internal commercial use. You may adapt it for those purposes and share it within your organization.

You may also publish brief excerpts, individual charts or selected figures in articles, presentations and reports with attribution, including commercial reports. These excerpts must support your own work and must not collectively reproduce a substantial part of a FORFI dataset or serve as a substitute for it.

3. Attribution

Retain source notices in internal copies. For published excerpts, credit FORFI Intelligence, link to the relevant institution or dataset page and this license, identify the reporting period, and indicate any changes you made. Preserve the original provider credit where shown. For example: "Source: FORFI Intelligence, based on FDIC filings, quarter ended June 30, 2026."

Attribution must not imply endorsement by FORFI, a regulator or the institution described.

4. Uses requiring permission

Except for the uses above or uses otherwise permitted by law, you need FORFI's written permission to redistribute covered material in bulk, resell or sublicense it, or include a substantial part of it in a public or commercial database, API or data feed. All rights in FORFI's covered material that are not granted here are reserved.

5. Data quality

Datasets are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Filings may be amended and calculations may change. Check the reporting date, methodology and original source before relying on a figure. The data and signals are research information, not investment advice, credit opinions or supervisory ratings.

6. License version

This URL identifies version 1 of the license. Any future license version will have a separate URL; it will not replace these terms for material you received under version 1. Permissions under this version continue while you comply with its conditions.
